Homework following Week 4:
It is important that your inner hero be an aspect of yourself, even your core self. This hero/ine can take inspiration from historical or symbolic figures, for instance, Jesus or Thor or Lakshmi. Connect with your inner hero/ine this week:
1) Action: Print this worksheet of your hero to create a more colorful and tangible sense of you inner hero/ine.
2) Action: What would my hero/ine do?
3) Action: Find something in your wardrobe that matches the hero.
4) Journal: How can you embody your hero to take on their qualities?
5) Action: Experiment (implement one) with at least one form of the embodiments you came up with each day and journal about the experience.
2. If you still feel the guardian at the gate, re-listen to the meditation from the class recording or do your own meditation process to face those parts. There are two key aspects of the work of facing the guardian.
Your belief in you as your hero’s ability to move past the gate is key.
At this point in your journey, doubt is a tool of the guardian. If you are still struggling, please reach out to me kris@kriswiltsee.com.
Remember, you are doing this right.
Meditation will be posted on Tuesday!
