Frequently Asked Questions about Sessions
What is a formal session like?
During a formal session, you will connect with Kristina via zoom, in person or via phone. You can choose to ask a question immediately or hear whatever Kristina would like to tell you. She asks that you have one or two questions prepared for a half-hour session and 3-4 for an hour-long session. Questions can relate to anything, for example:
What aspects of my health need attention now?
Which path should I take in my development?
I am lost, how can I find myself?
Who am I?
Is this the right choice?
What are some basic guidelines for how I can be my best self using human design?
Do I have to be there in person?
No, but each type of session is a different experience. Zoom or phone calls are the usual methods for contacting one another these days.
Do you record the sessions?
Only if you choose the zoom option. If you choose a phone call or in-person, then you are responsible for recording the sessions yourself. In-person sessions can be recorded on your phone’s voice memo app. I suggest a “Record your call” App for over-the-phone sessions.
What is a comprehensive clearing?
A comprehensive clearing is an energetic healing series that combines Reiki, the Emotion Code and clearings that Kristina learned from her numerous dowsing and energy teachers. Here is a sample of the form that you will receive after a comprehensive clearing.

What does it look like to do more than one session or a package of readings with Kristina?
This is a great way to establish a long-term relationship with yourself and Kristina. She will give you homework to follow up on after every session if you wish. Depending on the package, you can choose to contact her between sessions for quick questions and guidance.
How do I know what you are saying is real?
More often than not, there is a moment during readings where something clicks. You hear something that resonates or you feel a familiarity with the words that are being spoken. If you choose to question what you are hearing, that is fine and part of the path that you are currently on. Doubt is a tool, just like faith is.
What if I want to know when something is going to happen?
Kristina is not the type of psychic who will tell you that you are about to find love by September, for example. She is very firmly a believer in the fact that physical time as a construct cannot be read in the overlay of potential possibilities for your life. Moreover, life is not meant to be pre-meditated.
If you want this type of reading, we suggest that you look for someone who is more fixed in physical time. Lessons come to you when you are ready, and that includes love, success and best timing. You can infinitely speed up or slow down when your next karma comes towards you, and physical time has nothing to do with that.
I am a little scared of what to expect. Can she read my thoughts?
Telepathy is one of Kristina’s gifts, but not one that she uses to infiltrate your mind. That would be an abuse of power and it usually takes a fair amount of time together before that is possible. There is no conjuring or dark magic at hand in anything that Kristina does and the more that you speak to her the more you will come to see why this is not even a possibility.
