Lucid Dreaming

  • We are seeking to pull the waking into the dream by bringing the dream into the waking.

  • Step 1: Ask yourself frequently throughout the day: Am I dreaming?

  • Step 2: Anytime that you react emotional, you ask yourself, is this a dream? Be sure to still feel as you question.

  • Step 3: Remember your day in memories and set the intention to remember your dream with full conscious recollection and to wake up refreshed.

  • Step 4: Keep a dream journal and right down your dreams or speak your dreams ideally while still staying in bed.
