Summary

Addressing Emotional Struggles and Transformation

Jenna shared her recent emotional struggles due to a misunderstanding with Mateo and her past issues with feeling unworthy of attention. She revealed her new strategy of pausing and reflecting before sharing her emotions to avoid miscommunication. Mateo acknowledged his recent stress and agreed to further discuss the texting issue. Kristina emphasized the importance of transforming wounds into wisdom for healing and highlighted that people who are not interested in Jenna are not worth her time. She began to elaborate on the second iteration of this wisdom.

Managing Emotional Discomfort and Self-Affirmation

Kristina and Jenna discussed the process of managing emotional discomfort and the importance of self-affirmation. Kristina emphasized the value of sitting with discomfort and allowing it to become less uncomfortable over time, rather than immediately seeking to pass it on to others. She also highlighted the concept of old wounds becoming wisdom. Jenna struggled to categorize her own emotional experiences and sought guidance from Kristina on how to validate her own needs without invalidating others. Both agreed on the importance of acknowledging and integrating one's emotional wounds.

Embracing Self-Love and Validation

Kristina emphasized the importance of self-love and validation in addressing deep-seated feelings of unlovability. She argued that individuals should not expect external validation to fill their emotional void, but rather, they should learn to love and validate themselves. This, in turn, would attract individuals who also love and value themselves. Jenna was encouraged to set boundaries and communicate her needs clearly in her relationships, and to approach conflicts from a place of self-love rather than a wounded place.

Kristina's Journey to Self-Love and Its Impact on Relationships

Kristina shared her personal journey of developing self-love and how it impacted her relationships, particularly her marriage. She revealed that her husband's unconditional love and devotion helped her overcome years of self-hatred and allowed her to love herself and others more fully. As a result of her healing journey, Kristina redefined her understanding of love and now feels she is able to love her husband in a way she previously thought was impossible. Jenna listened attentively and seemed to understand and appreciate Kristina's perspective.

Unconditional Love and Relationships Discussion

Kristina and Jenna discussed the concept of unconditional love without sacrifice. Kristina explained that the Old Testament idea of sacrifice to make something sacred is not necessary in a Christian context, as the sacrifice has already been made. Kristina highlighted different levels of love, from self-love to relationships with others, nature, and community. While solitary practices can lead to growth, being in relationship with others provides essential lessons that cannot be learned alone.

Self-Care, Love, and Compassion Discussion

Jenna expressed her struggles with self-care and the impact it has on her quality of life and energy. Kristina emphasized the importance of self-love and compassion, especially in the context of surviving and playing multiple roles alone. She suggested that Jenna could limit her tasks, consider a roommate situation, and ask for help to alleviate her struggles. The conversation also highlighted the connection between self-care, love, and attention, and the need to identify and overcome any obstacles in accessing these things.

Addressing Jenna's Meal Planning Challenges

Kristina and Jenna discussed Jenna's challenges with meal planning and cooking. Jenna admitted to struggling with executive function in this area, often opting for ordering food instead. They explored the potential benefits of using a meal kit service and having a cooking partner for accountability and motivation. Kristina emphasized the importance of recognizing this as an area of struggle and using problem-solving skills to overcome it. They agreed on a plan for Jenna to avoid cooking her own meals for two weeks and instead opt for ready meals or meal kits, with the possibility of meal prepping with her roommate for a healthy and varied diet throughout the week.

Discussing Intuition and Overcoming Challenges

Kristina and Jenna discussed their experiences over the past twelve weeks. Jenna expressed some concerns about forgetting important information and the return to a busy schedule. Kristina emphasized the importance of trusting one's intuition and decision-making abilities, suggesting that Jenna should rely on her own insights rather than external opinions. Jenna acknowledged that she has a sense of her own intuition and agreed to Kristina's advice to return to her sacral when facing challenges.

Self-Care and Healing Process Discussion

Jenna and Kristina discussed the emotional and practical aspects of self-care. Jenna expressed her struggles with food and physical touch, which Kristina suggested were manifestations of a deeper "mother hunger." Kristina emphasized the importance of nurturing oneself through self-care practices, such as giving oneself physical touch, allowing full control of attention, and expressing gratitude for food. She also highlighted that these practices should be seen as additive and cumulative, rather than subtractive, and that they are part of a healing process.

Nurturance, Church, and Nature Discussion

Kristina and Jenna discussed the importance of nurturance in their lives, particularly in the context of their relationship with the church and nature. Kristina highlighted the lack of a divine feminine system in Jenna's current environment and suggested that she could benefit from a nurturance program, emphasizing the connection between nature and nurturance. Jenna shared her own strategies for self-nurturance, such as prioritizing a cozy space and her relationship with her heated blanket. Kristina encouraged Jenna to reach out if she had any questions or needed further support.

Discussing Panic Attacks and Emotional Transformation

Kristina and Jenna discussed Jenna's experience with a panic attack and the subsequent conversation she had with her father about mental health. They explored the importance of expressing and dealing with emotions, with Kristina using the metaphor of a bathtub to illustrate how negative emotions can accumulate but also be transformed into positive forms. They agreed on the value of their sessions and committed to maintaining open communication for potential future meetings.

Lastly, they delved into the techniques of astral projection, the importance of protection and guidance in these experiences, and the use of astral travel by the CIA.Next steps• Jenna to practice Yoga Nidra to help train for the liminal state between sleep and wakefulness.• Jenna to explore the Gateway Experience resources provided for astral projection techniques.• Jenna to journal about any astral projection or dream travel experiences.• Jenna to practice the hand-lifting visualization exercise for astral projection.• Jenna to ask guides for protection before attempting astral projection.• Jenna to maintain energetic barriers and focus on "home base" during her trip to Alaska.SummaryHealth Testing Experiences and AnxietiesJenna and Kristina discussed their experiences with health testing and related anxieties. Jenna shared her concern about a former partner's paranoia regarding an unspecified health issue, which led to his decision to undergo testing in Rome. She also mentioned her own experiences with testing, expressing frustration about the process. Kristina, who has undergone muscle testing, offered her perspective and suggested a second level of muscle testing.Energy Fields, Disconnection, and GroundingKristina and Jenna discussed the concept of an 'energy field' and its impact on individuals. Kristina explained that this energy field can be influenced by various factors, including fear and anxiety, and can cause a person to feel disconnected from their surroundings. She used the metaphor of a tether to describe how this energy can pull a person into its field. The discussion also touched on the idea of finding a 'home base', a central point of stability and balance in the midst of this energetic chaos. The goal is to help individuals reconnect with this home base and find a sense of grounding.Finding Home Base With Relaxation TechniqueKristina guided Jenna through a relaxation technique to find their 'home base', a place of love and inner strength. The method involved deep breathing, focusing on the chest, and visualizing feelings of gratitude and compassion. The aim was to create a space where fear and anxiety could be overcome. Kristina also suggested testing this new space by imagining a loved one, Jenna's partner, pulling her into a fearful state. The exercise was to be repeated while disconnected from any external influences.Subtle Energy Shifts and Solar PlexusJenna and Kristina discussed a subtle energy shift that Jenna was experiencing. Kristina suggested that Jenna could try to command a strong 'yes' response to shift the energy, but this approach didn't work for Jenna. Instead, Kristina advised Jenna to let the energy dissipate naturally and to focus on connecting with different aspects of herself. They also discussed the concept of the solar plexus area and how it relates to the embodiment process. Kristina shared her own experiences with muscle testing and the challenges she faced when in a state of fear.Muscle Testing and Higher Self ConnectionKristina and Jenna discussed the process of seeking answers through muscle testing. They clarified that the testing identifies what strengthens and weakens the body, and is essentially an invitation for the higher self to influence the muscle structure. They also discussed the importance of specifying the questions asked, and the potential for connecting with various forces, including nature spirits. Results from a test were expected to be available by the end of the week, but for other tests, it might take up to a week.Exploring Magic and Sharing ExperiencesJenna shared her own struggles and successes in this practice, and both expressed a sense of excitement and curiosity about further exploring this form of magic.Energy Release and Astral Travel DiscussionKristina explained to Jenna the concept of energy release in the body, comparing it to a "big bang" that creates a massive amount of energy. This energy can be harnessed for various purposes, such as processing trauma or manifesting desires. They also discussed the phenomenon of astral travel, with Jenna sharing her experience of visiting a friend in her dreams. Kristina affirmed the existence of different levels of traveling, including dream traveling, which is intentional and can be set up through specific instructions.Exploring Astral Projection and Etheric TravelKristina explained to Jenna the difference between astral projection and etheric travel. Astral projection, she described, as an extension of the physical body that exists as an overlay on top of it, while etheric travel allows one to explore interior spaces without the limitations of physical reality. She also introduced the concept of the dream world as a form of screen, where one can experience and remember astral projections. Furthermore, Kristina introduced the Monroe Institute's Gateway Experience, a protocol for astral projection that was found to be valid by the CIA. Jenna expressed her interest in exploring these concepts further.Astral Projection Technique and PreparationKristina initiated a detailed discussion with Jenna about the technique of astral projection, a method to gain control over the liminal state between sleep and wake. Kristina emphasized the importance of practicing Yoga Nidra, maintaining a journal, and inducing an out-of-body experience to prepare for the projection. The discussion concluded with Kristina suggesting a two-hour course for further exploration of astral travel.Astral Travel, Protection, and Confidence BuildingKristina shared her experiences with astral travel and the importance of protection and guidance in these experiences. She also discussed the concept of a 'home base' as a place of self-love and protection. Jenna learned about the use of astral travel by the CIA for spying and expressed her nervousness about an upcoming trip to Alaska. The two scheduled their next meeting for August 26th and emphasized the importance of gaining confidence in using tools to explore various topics, such as astral travel. • Kristina to prepare for either astral travel or sex magic topic for next week's session.

• Jenna to report back on her experiences with nature spirits and co-creation in the next meeting.

Summary

Exciting Topics and Scheduling Discussions

Jenna shared her excitement about getting a new apartment in London and her plans to move in ahead of her best friend's visit in late August. She also discussed her interest in topics such as 'next page at one' and 'astral travel'. In response, Kristina proposed to delve into these topics in the current session and then schedule discussions on 'astral travel' and 'sex magic' for the following weeks, with the aim to handle any overflow from the current session's discussion.

Exploring Plant Communication and Spirituality

Kristina and Jenna discussed the concept of plant communication and the potential for Jenna to explore this further. Kristina encouraged Jenna to reach out to plants and other natural elements, suggesting that she could be talking to the plants themselves, their nature spirits, or even the overlaid divas. They also discussed the idea that different individuals may experience plant communication in different ways, and that it's important to allow the communication to unfold naturally. Jenna agreed to explore this concept further as part of her homework for the week.

Chai Mix and Co-Creation Discussion

Jenna and Kristina discussed their personal experiences with a chai mix Jenna had purchased from Amazon, with Kristina expressing interest in trying it. The conversation then shifted to the concept of co-creation, which sparked Jenna's curiosity. Kristina explained the idea of co-creation as a collaborative process where individuals choose to create with a partner, keeping balance in mind. She emphasized that this concept could be applied to various aspects of life, including work and personal projects.

Balance in Nature and Zero State Field

Kristina and Jenna discussed the concept of balance in nature and the second law of thermodynamics. Kristina introduced the idea of a 'zero state field', a primordial soup of intelligence and energy that underlies reality, which some believe is similar to the Hindu concept of Shiva. She also explained the concept of a field that is an endless source of energy, which keeps everything in balance, similar to gravity. Jenna expressed that she had never considered these ideas before, indicating that they didn't make immediate sense to her.

Anomaly Points, Water Temperature, and Co-Creation

Kristina explained to Jenna the concept of an 'anomaly point' in water temperature, where water rises instead of falls due to its unique properties. She used the example of natural springs and how they are kept at a specific temperature to maintain their position. Kristina also discussed the phenomenon of fish moving upstream against the force of gravity, using the temperature of the water to aid their ascent. The conversation touched on the idea of balance in nature, with energy constantly coming in and out of existence, and the concept of co-creation, where humans and nature work together to create new things. Jenna acknowledged her new understanding of these concepts.

Balancing Profitability, Sustainability, and Ancestral Spirits

Kristina shared her conversation about a large tract of land in Liberia that was to be developed. She discussed the complexities of balancing the needs for profitability, self-sustainability, and respecting the ancestral and nature spirits attached to the land. She also mentioned another area, Paralandra, co-created with Michelle Small Wright. Additionally, they discussed the Pine Horn, a community-based project that has not been commercialized. The conversation underscored the importance of understanding the nuances of co-creation with nature spirits and the need for balance in all endeavors.

Manifestation Technique for Setting Joint Goals

Kristina shared her experience of using a manifestation technique with her family, where they wrote down 13 things they wanted to achieve in the days following Christmas. She highlighted the importance of clarity and precision in their requests, using her daughter's dream of attending a Taylor Swift concert as an example of how their wishes can be misinterpreted. She emphasized the effectiveness of this method when the goals are clearly defined and precise. Kristina then outlined a process for setting joint goals, using the example of reorganizing an apartment to create a clean and socially-friendly living space.

Nature Spirits, Goal Setting, and Muscle Testing

Kristina shared her knowledge about nature spirits and compared it to over lighting with Dave. Meanwhile, Jenna was preoccupied with her upcoming trip to Alaska and sought Kristina's advice on whether to bring an iPad or just use her phone. Kristina suggested setting goals for the trip and using techniques like dousing crystals or muscle testing to make decisions. They then practiced two muscle testing methods and discussed the difference between sacral and external communication. Kristina also gave Jenna an exercise to understand the difference better.

Kinesiology and Trusting the Body's Response

Kinesiology, a diagnostic tool involving muscle testing, was explained by Kristina to Jenna. Kristina emphasized the importance of trusting the results to allow the body to respond effectively. Jenna agreed with Kristina's approach, stating it felt good in her body. Kristina mentioned the potential influence of conscious knowledge on the results, but the transcript ended before she could fully respond.

Overlaiding Deva and Communication Challenges

Kristina introduced the concept of overlaiding Deva, which she compared to the natural balance found in animal nests or dens. She emphasized the importance of understanding this balance and setting goals in communication with overlaid Deva through muscle testing. The discussion also touched on the challenges of communicating with individuals disconnected from nature, with Kristina highlighting the need for flexibility and adaptability. Jenna acknowledged these difficulties but suggested that there might be alternative approaches to inspire such individuals.

Introducing Co-Creation With Nature

Kristina introduced the concept of co-creation to Jenna, explaining how it relates to the book 'The Secret Garden' and its main character, Dicken, who is in tune with nature. She encouraged Jenna to apply this concept in her everyday life, such as when planning a party or cooking a meal. As homework, Kristina assigned Jenna to talk to nature and try a soil-less garden.

Kristina and Jenna discussed the portrayal of drama in popular culture, specifically in television. Kristina emphasized that the dynamic movement and emotional proximity depicted in these shows reflect the complexity of real-life relationships. She further elaborated on the concept of intimacy as the creation of a bridge that allows love to move freely between two people, built on trust, emotional and physical intimacy, and a strong foundation. She used the metaphor of a rotating bridge to illustrate how the bridge can move and sync up with another one, allowing for intimacy without dependence on the other person. They also touched on their previous session's discussion about intuition and Jenna's interaction with a plant.

Intuition, Energy, and Decision-Making

Kristina and Jenna discussed the concept of intuition and its connection to energy. Kristina explained that intuition is not a passive voice in the head, but an active sensory and decision-making system that attracts information and experiences. She emphasized the importance of recognizing and respecting one's own intuition, and encouraged Jenna to listen to her sacral energy when making decisions. They also discussed how conditioning and external opinions can influence decision-making, and how to distinguish between genuine intuition and conditioned responses.

She shared that she had to decondition herself from feeling fear and catastrophe as her first reactions due to past conditioning. She also highlighted that her decision-making process takes a few days as she waits for her emotional authority to settle. In contrast, Jenna's system is connected, and she receives checks from various systems regarding her energy levels, safety, resource availability, and identity alignment. The discussion also touched on the significance of place in determining energy levels.

Jenna shared her experiences of having vivid and disturbing nightmares from a very young age, which her mother described as demonic attacks. In high school, Jenna suffered from night terrors, sleep paralysis, and lucid dreaming where things seemed slightly off and unsettling. Kristina suggested that Jenna's dreams were a reflection of her environment, upbringing, and work as an energy healer, and could also be a form of mediumship or related to past lives where she sought out or experienced traumatic events. Kristina asked if Jenna's experiences could be from a past life where she left off.

Exploring Dreams and Affirmations

Jenna and Kristina discussed the vivid dreams Jenna had been experiencing since starting a new contract, which often featured her ex-boyfriend. They explored the possibility that these dreams were a result of Jenna's subconscious still processing the end of their relationship. Additionally, Jenna shared a dream she had during her discipleship school in France, which Kristina interpreted as a warning and advised Jenna to remove herself from a certain situation. Jenna shared her experience of attending classes, and Kristina agreed, emphasizing the importance of discipline to maintain a routine.

Discussing Inner Authority and Improvement

Kristina and Jenna discussed the concept of inner authority and its functioning. Kristina explained that inner authority often arises from past conditioning and can lead to confusion and delay. She suggested that this authority could be improved by providing better instructions or, ultimately, by allowing the authority to no longer dictate actions. Jenna acknowledged the complexity and nuance of this idea, emphasizing that it's not about removing authority but enhancing it to provide clearer direction.

Overcoming Low Productivity and Motivation

Kristina shared her personal experience of dealing with low productivity and motivation during the pandemic, which led to a dopamine freeze. She explained her strategy to overcome this, which involved creating a stronger inner authority and rewiring her mind. She also emphasized the importance of responding to tasks rather than initiating them, a strategy that aligns with her role as a generator. Additionally, she mentioned using ketamine as part of her journey. Jenna listened and agreed with Kristina's approach.

Discovering Sacral Authority and Decision-Making

Kristina and Jenna discussed the concept of inner authority, specifically sacral authority. Kristina explained that sacral authority is a reliable and powerful force within us that influences our decision-making. It is a subtle guidance system that helps us make strong decisions. Sacral Authority and Emotional Reactions

Kristina shared her observation about a high-powered executive who had significantly improved his life by aligning his actions with his sacral authority. She explained that this strategy had shifted his world from one of isolation to one of magnetizing people who needed his help. Jenna found this insight helpful, as it gave her a new perspective on her own struggles and frustrations. The discussion also touched on the distinct emotional reactions among the four types of individuals, with frustration being a key indicator of a generator not following their strategy, and bitterness being typical of a projector not being invited into a situation.

Low Dopamine Morning and Coffee Elimination

Kristina introduced the concept of a low dopamine morning to Jenna, which included avoiding phone usage and drinking a large glass of water. Kristina explained that this routine could help Jenna feel more awake and in control of her day. Jenna agreed to try it. The discussion also touched on Jenna's decision to eliminate coffee from her routine, with Kristina emphasizing that this would lessen the influence of her brain's authority over her actions. Jenna acknowledged the impact that the absence of coffee had on her, particularly in the mornings.

They also talked about the concept of fear of challenge and the importance of trusting oneself and one's abilities. The discussion highlighted the need to quieten self-doubt and trust one's intuition.

Kristina, responding to Jenna's situation, validated her emotions and offered an interpretation based on the Enneagram system. She explained the interconnectedness of the 5, 6, 7, and 8 types in the human design system, and shared her personal journey of understanding her Enneagram design. She highlighted that understanding her design better has helped her recognize other types and their characteristics. Kristina also acknowledged that Jenna's Enneagram type is not fixed, and one's type could change over time.

Following Sacral Authority for System Alignment

Kristina and Jenna discussed the importance of following one's sacral authority as the first step towards getting back into a system. Kristina emphasized that the sacral authority, connected to everything else, is the best informed about one's true self and material resources. However, she also indicated a possible shift in her mental state.

Understanding Triggers and Gimmers in Stress Response

Kristina and Jenna discussed the concepts of triggers and glimmers in relation to the body's stress response. Kristina explained that triggers are external stimuli that can cause a stress response, while glimmers are the body's attempt to shift out of the stress response cycle. Jenna shared an example of a trigger for her, which is loud door slams, and Kristina clarified the sequence of stress responses that can lead to immobilization if the trigger is persistent. They concluded that understanding and managing these concepts can help individuals better regulate their stress response and improve their resilience.

Clutter, Dysfunction, and Nervous System Impact

Jenna and Kristina discussed the relationship between clutter, dysfunction, and the nervous system. Kristina explained that constant hyper-vigilance and stress can lead to executive dysfunction and exhaustion, which can then contribute to further dysfunction. They also discussed the impact of coffee on the nervous system, with Kristina suggesting that it can exacerbate these issues. The conversation highlighted the importance of recognizing and addressing the sources of stress and exhaustion in one's environment for better overall function.

Kristina explained that their mental body is designed to read micro expressions and observing the mental contributes to intuition. She emphasized that intuition comes from various sources, not just one. Jenna acknowledged that she often mistakenly attributed overwhelming exhaustion to other causes, not realizing it was a result of being overstimulated. Kristina urged her to recognize and relax enough to be able to sense what she is receiving.

Jenna's Relaxation Triggers and Living Arrangement

Kristina suggested that Jenna's sleeping position may be exacerbating her discomfort and recommended the book "The Body Keeps the Score" for understanding the connection between the body and trauma. Jenna shared her past experiences with alternative therapies and revealed that she had recurring dreams of being electrocuted in her back, a trauma she couldn't recall from her current life. Kristina suggested that this could be a past life memory, especially considering historical traumas like the Spanish Inquisition, and advised Jenna to remind her body that she didn't need to suffer the same traumas again.

Self-Awareness, Coffee Reduction, and Project Update

Kristina and Jenna discussed the importance of self-awareness, the benefits of reducing coffee intake, and Jenna's approach to future experiences with a sense of curiosity. They also explored the challenges of adapting to different energy fields, overcoming fear, and breaking karmic agreements. Lastly, they delved into the concept of neural linguistic programming, the value of meditation, and the intriguing topic of remote viewing.

Next steps

• Jenna will revisit the library space and request her guide to provide a token or talisman that will manifest in the physical world, helping her integrate her experiences across realms.

• Jenna will practice forgiveness and release the past life agreement that limited her sensory perception, creating a new agreement to be open to communication for her highest good.

• Jenna will continue meditating in the library space, working on building trust and developing her ability to perceive and communicate with her guides.

Summary

Jenna's Thesis and Psychedelic Experiences

Jenna shared her excitement about helping her friend with her English teaching master's thesis, which explores the motivation of language learners in a speaking culture. After trying mushrooms for the first time, Jenna described her experience as "interesting" and "beautiful," but also mentioned she was taking an SSRI that might have impacted her perception. Kristina shared her own experiences with psychedelics and suggested there may be potential for Jenna to have a more visual experience without relying on pharmaceuticals. Jenna expressed her desire to eventually stop taking her SSRI.

Kristina's Ketamine Experience and Integration

Kristina shared her positive experience with using ketamine to manage her ADHD and boredom symptoms, which helped her feel more comfortable in her body. She emphasized the importance of developing an inner sense of reception to better understand and manage one's own body and state. She also discussed the complexities of integrating Western medicine and spiritual practices, and the potential dangers of demonizing either. Jenna listened and agreed on the need for self-trust, self-regulation, and openness to new experiences and perspectives, as well as understanding and compassion towards oneself and others on their respective journeys.

Exploring Intuition, Healing, and 'Soft Serve

They also discussed receptive intuition, imaginary fields for healing, and the concept of 'soft serve', likening it to the layers in Photoshop for accessing different realities and histories. Additionally, Jenna shared her experiences with a book on nature and spirituality, expressing her frustration with recurring fear and a sense of not benefiting from meditation, which Kristina confirmed was beyond her control.

Adapting to Energy Fields and Overlays

Kristina and Jenna discussed the concept of energy fields and the challenges of adapting to them. Kristina used the shamanic concept of a 'guardian at the gate' to describe Jenna's communication barriers, with Jenna expressing frustration about not knowing what needed to be addressed. The two then discussed the multifaceted nature of their work, with Kristina explaining the concept of overlays and the need to adjust to different energy fields. Jenna confirmed her understanding of the complexity and the need for adaptation.

Guided Meditation for Emotion Management

Kristina and Jenna worked through a guided meditation to help Jenna deal with her feelings of expectation, anticipation, and fear, particularly regarding the fear of rejection. Kristina instructed Jenna to imagine these feelings as separate parts of herself, and to create distance between herself and these emotions, envisioning herself unblended from them. They planned to continue this exercise beyond the current session.

Visualization Exercise for Overcoming Fear

Kristina led Jenna through a visualization exercise to help her overcome her fear of certain guardians. Kristina guided Jenna to imagine herself as empty of expectations, allowing her to pass the guardians unnoticed, as if she were camouflaged. The pair then moved into a large library environment, where Jenna was tasked with finding a book on a podium. Kristina encouraged her to take her time and explore the surroundings.

Breaking Karmic Agreements Through Forgiveness

Kristina discussed the idea of karmic agreements that individuals make, often unconsciously, in response to past experiences of pain and trauma. She suggested that these agreements, such as limiting sensory input or communication, are made to avoid feeling overwhelmed or experiencing the same pain again. Kristina then outlined two steps to break these agreements: first, to alleviate the pain of the past life, and second, to separate oneself from that past life through forgiveness. She emphasized the importance of acknowledging and forgiving the experiences that led to these agreements.

Releasing Negative Experiences and Visualization Exercise

Kristina guided Jenna through releasing negative past experiences and beliefs by using the metaphor of ink rising off a page. They broke the connection with a past contract and its associated negative emotions, aiming to create a positive space. Kristina led Jenna through a visualization exercise where Jenna imagined writing a book and sensing a guide in the library who communicated nonverbally. Jenna then had a conversation with the guide about no longer needing their services. Jenna affirmed her openness to all forms of positive communication and felt ready to return to the present.

Discussing Meditation, Spiritual Guides, and NLP

Kristina and Jenna discussed their experiences with meditation and communication with spiritual guides. Jenna shared her recent experience in a dark room, which Kristina explained can be a helpful tool for meditation. They also discussed the concept of neural linguistic programming, which was previously discussed in a podcast they both listened to. Both agreed on the importance of being open to new experiences and maintaining a non-judgmental attitude.

Exploring Remote Viewing and Meditation

Kristina and Jenna engaged in a discussion about the importance of understanding the world through similarities, and the value of meditation as a tool for achieving this. Kristina introduced the concept of remote viewing, explaining its use in espionage, and offered to share an app and a video on the topic with Jenna.

Jenna expressed interest in exploring this skill further, and the two agreed to continue their discussion on the topic in future meetings.

Homework:

  • Continue to read Real Magic, then start on Behaving…

  • Receptive Intuition: Play around in the experience of the soft serve with these prompts:

    • Look at the objects around you and sense what they feel like beyond just sight. See if you can expand in to texture, temperature, even smell.

    • Flame gazing is a way to utilize this experience as well, if you are able you light a flame and interact with its energy.

    • See if there is a clear point where you activate the soft serve experience around you.

  • Projected Intuition

    • We are going to concentrate more on projected intuition towards the end of the practicum. But continue to do the meditation or explore your relationship with doubt when you continue to explore what it feels like let in other guidance. Remember, sometimes the first thing you are hear is what you want to (when the conscious mind fills in) and then when you wait, the guidance from your subconscious comes in.

Kristina’s Notes

  • We are starting with with exploring receptive intution. In this session we look at a number of different topics as an overview:

    • Receptive Intuition: Awareness of the seen and unseen aspects of reality.

    • Projected intuition: Using the external world or internal imaginary space to effect reality.

    • We are developing two main components as a part of the first third of the practicum

      • Sensory Sensitivity - this is exploring the capacity of your sense both internally (interoception) and externally (exteroception). We will go into more detail about their “geography” later.

        • The Clairs is one aspect of this sensory sensitivity. We mentioned about how this relates to which sense you often times either inherited a strong reference for or the one that you explored the most throughout your life.

        • Doubt - as you are exploring your capabilities, doubt will often come up. We make friends with doubt because it keeps us anchored in consensual reality. Psychedelics temporarily lower the hindrance of doubt on our senses ability to perceive reality as it is.

        • We talked about the higher mind is what taps up into the subconscious, it is the alpha state of mind and it in charge of guiding us through the imaginary plane(inner visualizations during meditation). I developed a description of the different “bodies” here

      • Nervous System Regulation (aka Energetic Balance) and all its composite parts. We will talk more about in upcoming sessions.
